Accelerated Resolution
Therapy (ART)

Accelerated Resolution Therapy is a cutting-edge, evidence-based approach designed to help individuals process and resolve trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges—often in significantly fewer sessions than traditional talk therapy. ART is known for its rapid, lasting results and is especially effective for people seeking relief from post-traumatic stress, grief, panic, phobias, and other distressing memories or symptoms.

Unlike traditional therapy models, ART does not require clients to relive or describe their trauma in detail. Instead, the therapist gently guides the client to visualize a troubling memory while using voluntary eye movements and specific visualization techniques to reprocess the emotional and physiological response tied to that memory. This process allows the brain to “recode” the memory—retaining the facts of what happened, but without the same emotional pain, fear, or distress.

One of the key strengths of ART is that it is client-driven, meaning individuals remain in control of their own healing journey. The process is non-invasive and trauma-informed, making it especially helpful for people who find it difficult or overwhelming to talk through painful experiences.

While ART is powerful and fast-acting, it is also gentle and respectful of the pace each person needs.

This therapy is ideal for individuals looking for an effective, focused way to heal from the past and move forward with clarity, emotional freedom, and renewed strength.
