Psychotherapy:

A collaborative process that helps individuals explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to foster healing, growth, and meaningful change. Depending on a person’s unique needs and goals, therapy may draw from several evidence-based approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and  Solution-Focused Therapy.

Each approach offers different tools, but all share a common goal: helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Accelerated Resolution
Therapy (ART):

A brief, evidence-based form of psychotherapy designed to help individuals process and resolve trauma, distressing memories, and other emotional challenges quickly and effectively.  ART is especially effective for treating post-traumatic stress, anxiety, phobias, grief, and other issues rooted in painful or overwhelming experiences. It is trauma-informed, non-invasive, and client-directed—allowing individuals to maintain control over the pace and depth of the work.

ADHD Evaluation:

An ADD evaluation is a thorough assessment designed to determine whether someone is experiencing symptoms of ADHD, which primarily involves difficulties with attention, focus, and organization.

Individuals may seek an ADHD evaluation if they struggle with chronic inattention, forgetfulness, disorganization, trouble following through on tasks, or feeling mentally “scattered.” These challenges can affect performance at school, work, or in everyday responsibilities and often go unrecognized, especially in adults.

DUI and Probation Substance abuse Evals and Treatment (limited bases)

In the state of Georgia, individuals charged with a DUI or placed on probation for substance-related offenses are often required to complete a court-approved substance abuse evaluation conducted by a certified provider. This evaluation helps determine the presence and severity of any substance use issues and may lead to a recommendation for further treatment.
